Engineering
Responsible for budgeting, capital planning, vendor management, risk management, risk assessment, reporting and the management of internal controls for systems and physical security issues. Managed, measured and tracked results as it pertained to Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, Return On Investment (ROI) tracking, Maintenance Agreement and Distributed Environment administration for equipment and systems.

Rendering and Graphics – The ability to utilize several manual and digital methods for rendering and graphics production, utilizing: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoDesk AutoCad, ProE, markers, pens, pencils and other tools.
FEM/FEA and 3D Modeling – Familiar with techniques and tools for performing Finite Element Analysis and 3D Modeling using Unigraphics and other CAD/CAM – CAE programs.

Lean Operations Analysis – The ability to lead operations initiatives for process improvement and optimization utilizing Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time and Lead Time Reduction techniques, Process Reengineering, Standardization and Process/Project Documentation.
Enterprise Resource Planning – Responsible for the planning, design, management and optimization of enterprise resources and assets.

A strong analytical background with successful experience managing small to large-scale projects, integration plans and strategic alignment initiatives.
